Leadership

Our Leadership Philosophy

Discovery Ministries USA is led by a team committed to presence‑centered leadership, spiritual formation, and congregational vitality. Our leaders embody the values of humility, integrity, and mission — guiding the ministry with wisdom, prayer, and relational care.

Dr. Samuel Kweku Tigah

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Samuel Tigah is an organizational leadership scholar, pastor, and global ministry leader. His work focuses on spiritual formation, congregational vitality, and the Climate of Presence — a framework developed through years of ministry experience and doctoral research.

Your uploaded documents describe your leadership this way:

“Organizational leadership scholar with 30+ years of experience in systems management, consulting, and ministry leadership.” “His research examines how organizational church climate shapes congregational behavior and vitality.”

Samuel is the author of the DiPCap Vitality Framework and the Climate of Presence Model, tools used to strengthen churches, equip leaders, and restore communities. He mentors pastors, emerging leaders, and youth across the United States, Ghana, and beyond.

His ministry calling is to restore humanity through presence, belonging, and spiritual formation.
