Discovery Ministries USA is a presence‑centered ministry committed to restoring humanity through discipleship, belonging, and spiritual formation. We exist to help individuals, families, and congregations rediscover the transforming power of God’s presence — the foundation of spiritual vitality and mission.
Our Story
Discovery Ministries began as a response to a simple but profound truth: presence restores dignity. Through years of ministry, research, and global engagement, we witnessed how communities flourish when people experience God’s presence, authentic belonging, and intentional formation.
Our work is shaped by the Climate of Presence framework and the DiPCap Vitality Model — two tools developed through doctoral research and lived ministry experience. These frameworks help churches cultivate environments where disciples grow, leaders thrive, and communities are healed.

Our Leadership
Dr. Samuel Kweku Tigah, Founder & Executive Director. Samuel is an organizational leadership scholar, pastor, and global ministry leader. His work focuses on spiritual formation, congregational vitality, and presence‑centered leadership. He is the author of the Climate of Presence framework and the DiPCap Vitality Assessment.
Esther Tigah, Co‑Director & Ministry Leader. Esther serves with a heart for worship, prayer, and community formation. She leads women’s ministry, pastoral care, and intercultural outreach.
Bishop Goodwin, Apostolic Oversight: Bishop Goodwin provides spiritual covering, apostolic guidance, and leadership support for Discovery Ministries USA and its global partners.
